What a GREAT 2 days it has been! Fun time for me baking and cooking some of my favorite recipes to share and making little gifts for everyone. To all of you who stopped by ... THANK YOU SO MUCH for your friendship and support! A "SPECIAL" thanks to Donna #1, Mary Lou & Karen for their help & Ceal, Mel & Marsha for manning the Store!
As are the recipes you asked for!

4 cups apple cider
2 cups cranberry juice
8 whole cloves
2 sticks cinnamon
4 Tbsp. sugar
In top of perkolator put last three ingredients & perk like coffee. Great chilled or warmed up!

Brown 1 lb. ground beef (93%)
1 3 lb. loaf  Velveeta cheese - cut up
Jalapeno slices - chopped (I add a tsp. of the juice from the jar)
Milk to thin
In microwave, melt amount of cheese desired with enough milk to thin a bit & then add ground beef to
thicken & jalapenos to taste. I keep it warm & ready to serve in a small crock pot. Store in refrigerator. Great warmed up!

1 lb. bacon - cut in half
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup mayonaise
3/4 cup brown sugar
Wrap bacon strip around a couple chestnuts stacked & secure with toothpick.
Line bottom of 10 x 10  pan with wraps. Bring sauce to boil & pour over wraps. Cover loosley with
saran & microwave 15 mins. or till cooked. (45 mins. @ 350 in oven) Great warmed up!
