In top of perkolator put last three ingredients & perk like coffee. Great chilled or warmed up!

HOT MEXICAN CHEESE DIP
Brown 1 lb. ground beef (93%)
1 3 lb. loaf  Velveeta cheese - cut up
Jalapeno slices - chopped (I add a tsp. of the juice from the jar)
Milk to thin
In microwave, melt amount of cheese desired with enough milk to thin a bit & then add ground beef to
thicken & jalapenos to taste. I keep it warm & ready to serve in a small crock pot. Store in refrigerator. Great warmed up!

BACON WRAPS
1 lb. bacon - cut in half
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup mayonaise

Wrap bacon strip around a couple chestnuts stacked & secure with toothpick.
Line bottom of 10 x 10  pan with wraps. Bring sauce to boil & pour over wraps. Cover loosley with
saran & microwave 15 mins. or till cooked. (45 mins. @ 350 in oven) Great warmed up!
ENJOY!!
