World Traveler

Hi There! Today's card features this beautiful world map paper from Authentique paired with Simple Stories brown plaid paper. I die cut the square scallop using Spellbinders' Nestabilities. The brown plaid was freehand cut. I also did the compass by hand. I cut the background paper into 1 x 1/2" strips then cut again to form triangles. I then glued the triangles together to form a mariner's compass. It is popped onto the cream cardstock using 3-D foam tape. The numbers are from a strip of the Authentique Abroad Voyage paper. I added some stitching to finish the card. This would be a wonderful masculine card for Father's Day.

Supplies:
Papers: Authentique (Abroad Voyage), Simple Stories (Generation)
Inks: Rangers Distressing ink
Accessories: brad?
Tools: Spellbinders (Square Scalloped Nestabilities)

Christmas Gift Bag

Hi There! This is Kim sharing with you a fun gift bag using the papers from Authentique's Joyous Collection. I die cut the scallops and punched holes to give it a more delicate look. I also added some black glitter to the edges of the flowers and a button in the center. I used thread to sew the ends of the ribbon to secure the handle.

I also decorated the back of the box.

Spooky Banner

Hello Stampers! Halloween wouldn't be complete without some fun decorations. I created the banner using a pre-made blank banner and covered them with pretty Halloween papers.
I used the letters from the Authentique Thriller sticker sheet to spell out the word "Spooky."

I then popped it onto the individual triangles with 3-D foam tape and the black pearl was from Melissa Frances which  I colored to match the theme. The final details on the banner was to add distressed glitter along the edges.

Once the decorations on the triangle pieces were completed, I used hot glue to adhere them to the black ribbon.
