Lovely IO butterfly die!

I'm back again with some new goodies from the store.  I love being able to actually go in and pick out what I want.  So much better than online...sometimes!

Today I have a card with a yummy two-part butterfly die from Impression Obsession.

I've been searching for a butterfly...any kind works...but this one is just lovely.  The two parts to the die are the whole butterfly background, red in this instance, and the detail-cut upper layer, which I did in black.  The butterfly is popped up on dimensionals.

There's a second die on this card, too.  It's the Die-namics Fancy Flourish.  It's cut out of the back side of a Glitz Design patterned paper.  I'll show you the front side next week.  The chevron paper is Echo Park Hippity Hoppity.  There's cute bunny silhouettes on the reverse.

Supplies:
Cardstock in White, Red, Black
Designer papers from Echo Park and Glitz Design
Dies from Impression Obsession and Die-namics
Pearls are Zva Creative
Greeting from Stampin' Up

Thankful Tag with Prima Doll Stamp

Hi Everyone

Michelle here from Lady of Leisure Ink, and for my last project of the month I saved my favourite.  I was really excited when Terri told me that she would be selling the Prima Doll stamps, and I couldn't wait to play.

I really love paper piecing (fussy cutting), I can use up so many of the little scraps that I have in my stash, and this is what makes these dolls so versatile.

Supplies used:

Kraft card stock
Green and Brown cardstock (Bazzil)
Sentiment (Canvas Corp)
Embossing folder (Sizzix)
Prima Doll Stamp
Corner Bow die (Memory Box)
Flower punch (Marvy)
Pearls
Sheer ribbon
Brown lace

Thanks for stopping by today.  Until next time.

Happy Easter

This is another card using the Sweet Sentiments paper from Graphi45, doesn't it look like a vintage postcard?  I added in some glitter paper from Best Creation and the little flowers are made with a die from Cas-ual Friday Stamps (fri-dies), I put a brad in the middle of the flowers and added some ribbon.  This card came together in a snap.

2 Bunny Cards...

Morning, it's been awhile but I am back! Today I have 2 cards for you...
The first is using the Grand Bunny die from Poppy Stamps.  I wanted it to look like a chocolate Easter Bunny so I ran it through an embossing plate, did it work?  I added some bling for the eye and then some half pearls to the scallops. I also used the "Easter" die from Cheery Lynn Designs.  I used Graphic 45 paper (violet Bouquet) from the Sweet Sentiments Collection and the glittered paper is from Best Creations.
This next card is also using the Grand Bunny Die from Poppy Stamps.  This time I am using paper from Authentique, again, I added bling for the eye and some pretty pink ribbon.  All supplies can be found at A Scrap-N-Place.
