LINDA'S RECIPE!

LINDA HULL brought a dessert to CARD & COFFEE on monday. It was FABULOUS!!!
I promised the recipe..so here it is! Easy and quick! If you make it up the day before and let it set it is even better!
Hi Terri. Thanks for a fun card today and orange cake too!.  Here is recipe:

Eclair Cake

1 box graham crackers
2 small boxes French vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
12 oz. cool whip
Chocolate frosting (homemade or can)

Mix pudding with milk. Add cool whip and mix well.  Place a single layer of graham crackers on bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Do not crumble crackers.  You will have to cut/break some to fit pan.  Spread 1/2 of pudding over the crackers.  Cover with another layer of crackers and remainder of pudding.  Top with another layer of crackers and spread with thin layer of chocolate frosting.

Candy Spinner Box

Hi Everyone

Michelle here from Lady of Leisure Ink - thank you as always Terri for having me.  My project today is a cute little Candy Spinner Box.  I owe a huge thank you to my friend DeAnna from Paper Grandma for making the MTC file for this box, because I was pulling my hair out trying to make this idea work.

The beautiful paper I have used for this project is from Authentique called 'Smitten'. The butterfly is a die from Elizabeth Crafts.

There is a great tutorial for making 'Spinners' here.  This is a video showing the butterfly in action.

All supplies used for this project are available from A Scrap N Place (but you have to provide your own pennies!)

Until next time.

Happy Sunday!
It's Ceal from Simply Beautiful to share with you today. With Valentines this past weekend I just had to share another "Love" card.
I made this Clean & Simple (CAS) card by using a die from Memory Box and some glitter paper.  The sentiment is from Impression Obsession.  This card is also a card I used in a class "Simple Occasions Part 1" we made 10 simple cards that can be used for different occasions the first half of the year. I will be doing the second class in May so stay tuned. Also there has been some interest in another part 1 class so if your interested in taking it contuse Terri and if we have enough participants I will be more than happy to teach it again.

Heart Pocket

Hi Everyone

Michelle here from Lady of Leisure Ink.  I have a very simple project today to squeeze in just before Valentines Day.  This is a heart pocket which I made using my Silhouette Cameo with a file from the Silhouette online store.

You don't need a Cameo machine to make this, simply cut out 2 hearts stick them together on each edge leaving an opening at the top.  Add a little ribbon, lace and some tags and you have a perfect little pocket for giving a gift card or little love note.

Here is a list of products I used:

Designer paper - Authentique Smitten 'Cupid' and 'Written'
Lace
Twine

Thanks for taking a peek at my project today, I hope you will come and visit me over at my blog sometime.  See you next time.

Forever and Ever Card

Hi Everyone

Michelle here from Lady of Leisure Ink.  Two weeks for my project I used the 'Sands of Time' stamp set from CAS-ual Fridays, well at the risk of repeating myself I am going to use it again this week (because I love it) and couple it with a new die from the same company called Heart Note.

The paper I used is from Authentique Irresistible line called 'Harmony', and I used the 'Forever and ever' sentiment stamp to stamp underneath the musical notes.

After I cut out the dies in pink card stock, I coloured in the top part of the note with a black alcohol maker.

Here is a list of products I used (available at A Scrap N Place)

Pink and black card stock
Musical designer paper - Authentique Irresistible 'Harmony'
Stamp - CAS-ual Fridays 'Sands of Time'
Die - CAS-ual Fridays 'Heart Note'
Pink and black check ribbon

Thanks Terri for having me over again.  I hope you will pop over and visit my blog.  See you next time.

For my card I used a stamp (Cupid's Arrows) and Fri Die (Heart Board) along with this beautiful Authentique paper. To make my shaker heart, I cut my heart out and added some acetate behind it with foam tape, then added sequins.

Valentine XOXO

Hi There!  This is Kim sharing with you a Valentine card. I love the look of kraft and red together. I created the X and O background by using Memory Box's Hugs and Kisses die. I then layered it onto of  the red bazzill cardstock. I cut out the oval using MFT's Die-namics die. The oval doily and heart was adhered using 3-D foam. The sentiment is then stamped and the tag was cut freehand. Last is the pearls from Melissa Frances.

Supplies can be purchased at A Scrap N Place:

Stamps: Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps (Bottom of My Heart)
Inks: Red Chalk
Papers: Canvas Corp, Kraft Cardstock
Accessories: ribbons, twine, Melissa Frances pearls
